And here we begin
as you can see this is my first blog spot around here to actually make notes and shit about my journey to drop down the weight ive gained over the last 6 months.
I am not fat shaming people around here but god damn does it feel good to be in the right size. Call me shallow but if i want the girl i want to be with to be fit and proper she fucking deserves me to in the right size
this journey isnt going to be my six pack ab story cause i really dont know how to get into shape but this is just going to be a simple run along. I have given myself 60 days from tomorrow to start this and follow this as a fucking routine and a discipline.
Hopefully at the end of 60 days i am able to look at myself and be proud of what ive achieved and since all gyms are closed cause the Chinese decided that was their only way to take over the world most of the things i do or document would be home based.
the exercise cycle or as how we punjabis call it the kapde sukhane wali machine will be used and i have two dumbbells that need to be fucking sanitized since they havent been used for a while and a fucking skipping rope.
i should admit i skip like a girl and have no hand eye or body coordination and my fucking centre of gravity has shifted to the middle of my stomach and so dont expect me to be doing anything acrobatic.
enough of this, i am gonna file a blog everyday at 9PM post dinner and everything and hopefully be able to put in things that i did along with my weight cause the weighing scale at the house has been used mostly to fucking weigh bags before we got onto flights.
